Even at Christmas, it’s still #stayhome in this so extraordinary year. Sure, somehow we’ve got used to it – and yet a little wanderlust remains. That’s why we’re bringing at least the delicacies from our European neighbourhood to our plates at home for the festive season.
Oh, you delicious thing!
Travel with us from Scandinavia to Portugal with stops in Brittany, for example, and a detour to the British Isles. From sour herring to sous vide goose and delicious mini-panettone, we’ll chow our way across the EU. And so that we can all drink to each other’s health, suitable drink recommendations must of course not be missing.
