Sausage-making in VestaLand

I always wanted to sausage myself… Sometime in spring Simone said this. Yes, why not? No sooner said than done! Recipes were developed, equipment was checked and Daniel Blodau was enthusiastic about the idea. And then the kitchen battle really started.

The sausages were minced, mixed, seasoned - and of course tasted.

The result was six individual sausage creations with beef, pork, game, poultry, salmon and sometimes without any meat at all. And as the crowning finale of our barbecue event, we were rewarded with a baked banana.
