Admittedly, we are not fans of dressing up – not for carnival, not for a theme party and no, not for Halloween either. But from a photographic and culinary point of view, we can definitely appreciate the popular spooky festival.

So it was time to get to work on the pumpkin. We did, and it was delicious! As a hearty quiche, baked in the oven or as a warming soup, pumpkin can be prepared in a wonderfully varied way. And with its wonderful colour, it is also visually appealing.
