Dubai chocolate is the collective term for fine chocolate creations that are filled with roasted and flavoured Kadayif threads (also known as angel hair). Recipe Dubai Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

(for 1 silicone mould)

300 g (Dark) chocolate coating
50 g Butter
20 g Tahini (Sesame paste)
100 g Kadayif threads (angel hair)
150 g Pistachio cream (alternatively: almond butter, biscoff cream, peanut cream)

PREPARATION

 
  1. Cut the kadayif threads into small pieces.
  2. Fry in a pan with butter and tahini.
  3. Add the cream of your choice, melt and mix well. Then set aside to cool.
  4. Chop the chocolate coating into small pieces and melt slowly.
  5. Coat the base and sides of the silicone mould with chocolate coating.
  6. Fill with Kadyif mixture, then cover with chocolate coating and smooth out.
  7. Chill the silicone mould for 2-3 hours, then carefully remove.

Fry kadayif with butter and tahini.

Add cream as desired.

Mix well and leave to cool.

Roughly chop the chocolate.

Melt the chocolate coating slowly.

Coat silicone mould with chocolate.

Fill with kadayif mixture.

Cover with chocolate and smooth.
